When AURO was founded in 1983, it was clear from the outset that we operate in harmony with people and nature. We are committed to biodiversity and healthy nature – and therefore also to climate protection. Our supply chain is socially and ecologically compatible. Wherever it is economically and practically possible, the company influences the specific social and ecological conditions of production. One example of this is the raw material achiote. As AURO raw materials also come from exotic growing regions, we have our suppliers sign declarations on social standards – based on the core standards of the International Labor Organization (ILO).
