Sustainability has long been developing into a positive attitude towards life and has long since arrived in everyday life. With its extensive color palette of 1000 tintable nuances, the COLOURS FOR LIFE collection from AURO combines sustainable healthy living with current color trends. The lacquers in the collection, available in matt or gloss, as well as the white and clear lacquer, are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. They are solvent-free, low-odour and can also be used for children’s toys. The water-based COLOURS FOR LIFE paints are completely biodegradable and protect the environment by using plant-based raw materials and purely mineral pigments. All AURO products are fully declared and the treated wood can be easily composted at the end of its life cycle.

GIVE IT A NEW COATING
Whether wood, wood-based materials or metal, COLOURS FOR LIFE paint is weather-resistant after just two coats. The painted surface is resistant to UV radiation, very durable and resistant to impact and abrasion. The quick-drying paint is non-yellowing and achieves the best values (class 1) for wet abrasion and opacity in accordance with DIN EN 13300. It also complies with the “toy standard” DIN EN 71-3 and DIN 53160, which guarantees resistance to welding and saliva. COLOURS FOR LIFE paints are available in 0.375 liter, 0.75 liter, 2.5 liter and 10 liter.

The company AURO was founded in 1983 as a limited liability company and was transformed into AURO Pflanzenchemie AG in 1998. The company is based in Braunschweig.
