With a new, coordinated flooring system, AURO offers a high-performance solution for the sustainable treatment of interior wooden floors. The system combines renovation, repair, surface protection and care in a clearly structured process – for durable, resistant wooden surfaces.
Brunswick, February 2026 – The sustainable treatment of wooden floors today requires solutions that combine ecological responsibility with high performance. Coordinated system solutions are becoming increasingly important – especially in the professional environment. With its new ecological flooring system, AURO is responding to these requirements and offering a consistent, practice-oriented solution for the trade and specialist retailers.
The flooring system begins with the Starter Kit Cleaner Parquet & Planks, which effectively renovates wooden floors with a powerful 2-component formula and prepares them in a way that is gentle on the material. For outdoor areas, the 2C Wood Exterior Cleaner completes the system and enables the targeted renovation of decking boards and exterior wood.
The quick-drying Wood Fill & Fix filler is used to repair joints, cracks and small imperfections. It ensures an even, sealed surface and forms the ideal basis for the subsequent protective coating.
The central element of the system is the new DuraQuick hard oil. The water-dilutable, solvent-free formulation based on ecological raw materials provides long-lasting protection for wooden floors and gives them a hard-wearing, silky matt surface. Thanks to the self-crosslinking formulation, the surface can be further processed after around two hours – a clear advantage for efficient work processes on the construction site.
DuraQuick can be tinted by machine using the COLOURS FOR LIFE tinting system. Six sample colors are available in stores: white, grey, oak, black, walnut and walnut. This allows wooden floors to be specifically adapted to different room and usage concepts – from modern-minimalist to classic-natural.
A coordinated floor care emulsion supplements the system for ongoing maintenance care. The high-yield concentrate based on natural raw materials cleans gently, visibly refreshes the surface and does not form a film – for a long-lasting, well-maintained look without building up layers.
Like all AURO products, the new flooring system follows an ecological approach. The raw materials used come from plant and mineral sources. The products are compostable and can be returned to the natural material cycle. The company is thus clearly positioning itself in the growing market for sustainable construction and renovation solutions.
“With the new AURO flooring system, we offer craftsmen and specialist retailers a sustainable solution with high functionality and application safety. Our aim was to combine ecological responsibility with clear processes and reliable performance. The result is a consistent system that is convincing from the first renovation to long-term maintenance,” explains Edwin Hribek, AURO CEO.
