Oils

The most original form of wood treatment

Oiling or waxing are the perfect treatments to give wooden surfaces a subtle and natural look. Oil penetrates deeply into the wood and thus minimises the absorption rate. This makes the surface resistant to moisture and dirt but maintains its breathability. It feels natural to the touch and retains a distinct wood colour.
Wooden worktops should regularly be treated and cared for with Worktop oil.
Wooden surfaces get even more robust with an additional layer of wax. The wax forms a protecting film. Small damaged areas can be repaired anytime without problems by sanding and a follow-up wax treatment.
